A prestigious school based in the Ascot area looking for a Hospitality / Events Manager to join the brigade in assisting preparing food to agreed high standards. You will be catering for the hospitality functions.
Flexibility is needed to work some evenings and weekends at an enhanced rate.
Key Information:
Salary: £14.42 per hour
Hours: 8am - 4pm, sociable hours
Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Hospitality Manager will Include:

• Ensure all food service staff are working to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and procedures
• Undertake the monitoring of quality control systems e.g. temperatures, job sign off sheets
• Ensure all aspects of the preparation of food service areas and presentation of food is to the notified standard.
• Ensure all food service assistants attend the daily lunch briefing
• To implement cleaning schedules to agreed standards
• To ensure all food service assistants are in the correct uniform and promote a good company image
• To ensure the promotion of a good company image to customers and guests by using positive service practices Interacts with students in the serving, retail, and dining areas

• Experience at Supervisor level in a busy environment
• Great organisational skills
