A hands-on supervisory role with responsibilities for the service of food, functions and vending operations. Responsible for the delivery, collation and associated record keeping of patients snacks and i-wave food and staff restaurant Maintenance of food hygiene and safety standards, quality control and man management. Responsible for food production for buffets, Staff Restaurants and foods serviced within the retail environment inclusive of patients food service To support supervisory cover within patient foodservice as & when required Produce reports for management upon service operations as required As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
