Tonic are recruiting a Hospitality Sous Chef for our clients' premium B&I contract catering operation in London. You will create fresh, on-trend menus, including light bites, canapes, buffets and fine dining events. You must have a true passion for creating menus, plus experience of delivering hospitality to the highest level.
Essential qualities for Hospitality Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef within B&I contract catering
- Experience within fine dining restaurants is essential
- A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
