· Min 2 years’ previous experience in a 4-star hotel as General Manager.

About the role…

As a General Manager you will think about every aspect of the business - achieving the highest standards and guest satisfaction results.

You will maintain close involvement in all operations, multi-skilling the team to ensure an efficient but effective business, as well as creating a professional atmosphere and ensuring a highly rated guest experience. You must be a leader, you will establish clear performance goals for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching in the moment.

You’ll be keeping track of KPI's and look for ways to increase revenue. That means analysing financials, forecasting budgets and leading capital plans.

About you…

You will have experience in management whilst hands on when the demand suits, you will also have a commercial focus and know all parts of your business- driving and monitoring guest experience and commercial success. You will be a passionate hotelier with a proven track record of engaging a team.
