Responsibilities within your new role

- Monitor and evaluate restaurant and bar standards based on guest feedback, swiftly implementing corrective action plans when needed.

- Execute any additional duties or special tasks assigned by the Chief Executive, ensuring smooth service delivery and maximum departmental efficiency.
- Inspire and guide hotel team members, empowering them to provide exceptional service and maintain organisational standards.
- Strategically allocate and manage labour resources to not only meet but exceed departmental service standards, thereby ensuring operational excellence.
