Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week covering a mix of early shifts (7am – 3pm) and late shifts (3pm – 11pm).
Occasional night shifts as required.
Location:
Working at one of our sites in Central London.

The role / duties:
As Hotel Porter you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:
· Welcoming guests to the hotel and dealing with their requirements and requests throughout their stay.
· Assisting in answering the phones.
· Responding to guest enquiries.
· Servicing conference rooms.
· Preparation and delivery of room service meals.
· Assisting the housekeeping department with the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
Skills:
We are looking for someone with a broad range of skills and experience that should include;
· Social confidence. You must be able to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
· A genuine passion for customer service.
· A desire to learn. Knowledge is power!
· Pride in your personal appearance.
· The ability to multitask and the drive to see things completed with the required attention to detail.
· Be a team player, ready and willing to assist your colleagues in all departments.
