Day /Night Porter Job Description
About The Washington Mayfair Hotel The Washington Mayfair Hotel is located in one of London’s finest locations, Curzon Street, tucked into the heart of Mayfair a few minutes from Park Lane and offering clients a perfect alternative to the famous 5 star Park Lane Hotels. Privately owned since 1997, the hotel offers a great range of spacious accommodation to suit both business and leisure travellers and is capable of accommodating events groups or parties from 15 to 350 people.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Capability of evaluating service levels.

Duties:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including restrooms, lobby, and dining areas
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist with event set-up and breakdown as required
