SalaryWe are a small Bed & Breakfast hotel looking for a new member of the receptionist team.
Duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
- Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
- Ensuring areas are clean and presentable
- Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
- Responding to requests for help and information
- Providing information about local amenities and attractions
- Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
- Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits
- Cleaning Duties
16 - 24 Hours per week (2 or 3 days a week)
Shift patterns to be either: 8am - 4pm + 9am- 5pm + 10am-6pm. or part time hours can be discussed.
No weekend work
Start date: 22/04/24
