Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional front of house ambassador to join our team. As a front of house ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about the site facilities and services
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and identify VIPs
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the front desk area
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest services
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is preferred
