We are looking for a Receptionist. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Assistant Reception Managers.
Working pattern: full time / 5 days per week with 2 days off / early, mid and late shifts
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Receptionist you will be:
- To ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and farewell to and from the Hotel, using the guests name at all times during their stay.
- To ensure that each guest is offered ultimate comfort through thepromotion of all the Hotel facilities.
- Assist guests with queries, information and bookings in the absence of the Concierge.
- To create memorable and personalised guest experiences by following our Top 12 Standards.
- To liaise closely with F&B, Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Night Staff and the Switchboard Operator to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
