Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. Your exceptional organizational skills and friendly demeanor will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to appropriate recipients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with proficiency in computerized systems
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software applications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Basic knowledge of office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an advantage
