Receptionist

An excellent array of our core clients are currently seeking brilliant, proactive and capable temporary Receptionists to work on either an ad hoc or temporary on-going basis with asap start dates this and next month.

These are general key Front of House roles working with lovely and highly professional teams. We are therefore looking for fantastic temporary candidates to cover these short-term and on-going roles.

Duties will Include:

• Meeting and greeting guests
• Generating visitor passes
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Ensuring the Reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy
• Booking couriers and taxi’s as needed
• Answering and redirecting calls as necessary

Profile of Successful Candidates:

• Professional, personable and well presented
• Strong client facing skills
• Takes excellent ownership of the front of house area
• Hands on and willing to roll up their sleeves
• Good attitude and someone who takes pride in their role
• Responsive and proactive
