Responsibilities
• Provide efficient portering service and cover all portering duties throughout the Clinic• Manage safe and efficient transportation of goods, equipment, reports, and specimens• Support organization and storage of supplies in all Patient Services area• Check stock levels and deliver linen on the floors• Collect and deliver pathology specimens from internal client users• Perform additional functions and activities as required
Requirements
• Portering experience in either an NHS or private healthcare environment• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision• Flexible to adapt to changing workloads• Must be physically fit and comfortable with being on their feet throughout the shift
