An exciting opportunity to join our Hippodrome front of house Management as a House Manager. We are looking for an individual who has a positve, vibrant personality, who can provide excellent customer service experience. You will need to be able to lead, motivate and inspire our front of house team in delivering first class experiences for our customers.
The sucessful candidate needs to be professional, highly organised and be able to keep calm under pressure. The role is a 22 hour contract and the successful candidate will need to commit to a rota pattern over a rolling three weeks and be flexible to the needs of the business. You will be working regular daytime and evening shifts including regular weekends and over the festive period for our annual pantomime.
A House Manager for Darlington Hippodrome needs to be dynamic, passionate about theatre and working in Darlingtonand#39;s historic and iconic building with a full diverse programme. When on shift the House Manager is responsible for the operational running of a public building, our show program and ensuring the comfort and safety of all of our customers.
