HOUSE MANAGER - TRAVELLING
MUNICH/FRANCE/AUSTRIA
Live out preferred in Munich Germany
Full time to include weekends and public holidays.
Essential Requirements: Professional experience in UHNW Private residences. Willingness to travel and work at weekends and bank holidays. Driver with full licence, EU Passport essential. Confident IT skills. Languages required Fluent English, good level of German and ideally French. Strictly Non-Smoker, high level of discretion, reliability and responsibility.
Proactive, independent, very experienced HOUSE MANAGER required for a private family with 3 properties, the main residence is Munich – with secondary residences in Austria and South of France.
Responsibilities
• Coordination of the following properties:
1. Munich, Germany (4.500 sqm): Responsible for 2 housekeeper + 1 cleaning staff + 1 facility manager/gardener
2. Kitzbühel, Austria (1.500 sqm): Responsible for 1 housekeeper + 1 cleaning staff
3. Saint Tropez, France (1.500 sqm): Responsible for 1-2 housekeeper + 1 cleaning staff+ facility manager/gardener
• Management and coordination of all staff in all 3 residences.
• Implementation of a 5-star standard in all homes
• Accounting and cost controlling
• Recruiting
• Regular personal check of all houses
• Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
Candidate Requirements
• Willingness to travel
• Many years of professional experience as a HOUSE MANAGER in an upscale household / high-class / VIP environment
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Experience in staff management
• Profound cleaning experience of high-quality materials (Marble/ slate floor etc.)
• Valid EU passport
• Valid drivers license
This vacancy is a long-term position. Accommodation allowance and company car available. Top salary depending on previous experience, longevity in previous positions and excellent references. Holidays 26-30 days per annum. START DATE ASAP (HU4167)
