Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable enthusiastic and hard working individual who will work along side our current team to maintain and improve the standards of our five star holiday park in Slaley.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality holiday accommodation, making sure first impressions count
- Go the extra mile to create a clean safe environment
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Carry out checks on smoke alarms
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
