I am working with a local authority in the East Midlands who are looking to bring a Housing Litigation Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.
You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a locum initial 8 month contract with the potential of extension.
Key responsibilities of the Disrepair Litigation Lawyer:
- Handling a caseload of Disrepair matters
- Working closely with internal client department
- Possession claims (secure and temporary accommodation)
- Injunctions for ASB and access
