Tenancy Services is recruiting to the post of Housing Income Officer to support our tenants to sustain their tenancies. The post will require a hard working and skilled individual with a genuine passion for helping others. The duties will include monitoring of rent accounts using a specialist housing management system, pursuing payments by telephone call, e-mail, letter and visits and respond to tenant queries regarding their rent accounts. You will also serve legal notices and attend court when necessary along with signposting tenants to help and support services.
You will have experience of working within social housing and dealing with tenants; be able to manage under pressure in a fast-paced reactive role and be committed to outstanding customer service.
