We are excited to invite enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic Housing Management team.
As a Housing Officer focused on the environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our blocks of flats and surrounding open spaces are safe, clean, and free of litter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a busy team and engage with the public and other council services.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential areas and open lands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Customer-Focused
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will frequently interact with the community.
- Self-Motivated and organised
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in using ICT tools for maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Capable of walking around various areas and climbing stairs.
- Licensed Driver: Must be able to drive a work vehicle.
