SalaryVNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Options Advisor for our client based in Bristol. The main duties of this role are:
- Develop solutions to given problems and situations within a specific field and where appropriate, ensure their implementation
- Provide advice to customers about compliance, legislation, regulation, policies and technical issues
- Plan and organise own work programmes
- Identify and review the data and any analysis required to assess problems
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of reports
- Contribute to effective team working, ensuring records are current and accurate and team members up to date with any issues or developments
