We have an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to join our trust as an HR administrative assistant. The key purpose of this role is to support the work of the HR Advisors by providing high-quality administrative support and to work within a small HR team, supporting the continuous improvement of HR practices with ad hoc project support.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working in an office environment
- Be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
- Have excellent attention to detail (to ensure compliance in all areas).
- Have a passion for excellence, high quality and continuous improvement.
- Be driven and passionate about supporting the HR team
