The Best Connection are an employment agency seeking a HR Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment at our world-renowned client in Knightsbridge, London
The role will be based at a luxury department store assisting the management team with administrative duties for HR functions
Responsibilities of the HR Admin will include but not be limited to
- Processing HR data such as attendance and absences
- Reporting any excess absence to management team
- Ensuring Excel spreadsheets with data are kept up to date with information
- Data entry work
Requirements of the HR Admin
- Ability to travel to the Knightsbridge area of central London independently
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyse data sets
- Ability to work as part of a team and following instruction
- Good attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Presentable and well mannered
Rates of pay
£13.40 per hour rising to £14.04 per hour after 12 weeks service
Hours of work
Expected to be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, office based
