THE COMPANY: Our client is an architecture firm who are seeking a HR Administrator to join on 12 month fixed-term contract.
THE ROLE:
- Support the onboarding process including preparing HR documentation.
- Provide recruitment support including arranging interviews and collating CVs
- Manage the HR inbox and filing systems
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Experience within a HR support role
- Strong administration experience within a fast-paced office environment
- Experience maintaining records, databases and accurate data entry
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach
