A recognised global organisation has a new vacancy for a HR Administrator to join the team. You will be responsible for providing general HR support and administration for the site and candidates are sought with experience in HR, or with excellent administration skills and a desire to pursue a career in HR.
Commutable from: Tamworth, Litchfield, Walsall, Birmingham, Coleshill, Atherstone, Measham, Walsall.
Salary: £ 22,000 - £ 26,000 + benefits
Suitable for: HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Administrator, HR Officer, HR Advisor.
The Role
Support the HR Manager and provide general administration support.
Providing guidance to employees & managers.
Producing weekly and monthly absence reports.
Maintaining and updating employee records.
Support with administrative tasks in training & development activities.
General office support and assistance.
Support with recruitment activities.
Help with site marketing and planning.
The Person
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong administrative and customer service skills.
CIPD qualified (not essential)
Experience working in HR or an interest in pursuing a career in HR
Motivated individual with a can do attitude
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
