We are recruiting for this successful business based on the outskirts of the town centre for a HR Administrator / Recruiter to cover maternity leave.

Joining this friendly team, they are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative to support them on a part time basis of 12 hours per week.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting HR Manager with the recruiting, hiring and training of new and existing staff
• Monitoring HR related documentation and administration tasks
• Assisting with planning programmes to improve employee welfare
• Maintaining employee records
• Ensuring HR department runs smoothly day to day
