Due, to recent growth and immense investments the compnay is looking to appoint 2x HR Administrators to support the HR function in their forever growing department.
Reporting into the HR Manager, a HR Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support services, across all aspect of Human resources.
Working Hours:
25 Hours per week (Monday to Friday) Working hours are flexible and open to negotiation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A HR ADMINISTRATOR:
- Ensuring Company HR and L&D databse are up to date, accurate and comply with relevant regulations
- Maintaining the HR and L&D team's electronic and paper filing systems
- Acting as first point of contact for all basic HR related queries
- Managing onboarding process of new starters, processing leavers and internal transfers
SUCCESSFUL HR ADMINISTRATOR WILL HAVE:
- Previous knowledge of basic HR processes and strong administration skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload
