Hr Administrator

HR Administrator required for my client based in Livingston. This role is exclusive to Pertemps HR and is offering a competitive salary and benefit package. You will support the HR team in a range of administration tasks, so diligence is of the upmost importance. 
Your day will be varied and will include:- 

• First point of contact to employees with HR related queries 
• Support the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding 
• Produce offer letters and contracts, including right to work checks 
• Updating of HR systems and conduct monthly audit checks 
• Work closely with payroll  
• Record all absences (including holidays) 
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits 
• Data analysing of monthly reports 
• Support with arrangement of social events, including long service awards 
• Support with catering requirements for visitors and training 
• Organise employee travel 
• Other duties as required by the HR team
