Your day will be varied and will include:-
- First point of contact to employees with HR related queries
- Support the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
- Produce offer letters and contracts, including right to work checks
- Updating of HR systems and conduct monthly audit checks
- Work closely with payroll
- Record all absences (including holidays)
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits
- Data analysing of monthly reports
- Support with arrangement of social events, including long service awards
- Support with catering requirements for visitors and training
- Organise employee travel
- Other duties as required by the HR team
