Hr Administrator

HR Administrator - Manchester

We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator to join a well-known College based in South Manchester.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment (maternity cover) to start immediately, paying between £11 - £12 per hour, onsite working, full time.

Role - HR Administrator

• Front line contact of the HR Team at the College and the first point of contact for all HR related queries from the business.?
• Responsible for?providing?a high quality, responsive and positive employee experience?delivering?transactional?services?across?all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
• Provide support across all aspects of Human Resources, incl. Recruitment and Payroll functions.
• Manage accurate employee records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and legislation.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in HR or a strong desire to begin your career in HR.
• Ideally have a CIPD Level 3 qualification or be prepared to work towards this qualification or have obtained the equivalent skills and knowledge.
• A?highly effective administrator and confident communicator
• A DBS will be required for this role
