My client is within the care industry and they are currently looking for a Team Assistant/Resourcing Assistant to join their central office team. You would be responsible for assisting the Team Support Lead and help support the recruitment process for the group whilst giving outstanding customer care.
The key responsibility in the role is to look after the onboarding process for new joiners, which involves taking up references, sending e-learning documents, DBS checks, maintaining spreadsheets, sending out various communications, welcoming visitors and answering the phone.
