Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for a Temporary HR Administrator to join our client on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will be working with a professional and established business for a minimum of 6 weeks.
This is an office based role where you will work Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
Working as part of a small but busy HR team you will provide administration support to your colleagues on a variety of tasks including:
- Managing annual leave system for the company
- Inputting employee data onto the system
- Typing and issuing letters
- Updating and issuing employee contracts and offers
- Taking up references for new employees
- General administration tasks, as required
This role will suit you if you have worked as an administrator in an HR or recruitment environment and understand the processes and procedures in the sector. You will be competent using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and will be able to start work immediately.
