Hours of Work – 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Optical Express is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment & HR Administrator to join our expanding People Team. We are looking for a professional, highly motivated individual who will be responsible for administration and correspondence for all the employee lifecycles.
You will have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail whilst utilising your excellent customer service and administration skills. This is a fast-paced role therefore time management is key to achieve agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and providing guidance on general Recruitment & HR related queries, escalating as appropriate
- Keeping HR & Recruitment trackers/logs up to date
- Supporting the Recruitment & HR teams
- Preparation of written employee correspondence
- OnBoarding of new colleagues including issuing of specialist contracts, completing disclosures and references
- Conducting administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring confidentially and security in accordance with Data Protection Act
