Anderson Knight are working with a key client to recruit an HR Administrator for a 6 month contract, to support with the day to day running of the HR function. The position is hybrid working with the option to work from home several days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full employee life cycle
- Responding to general HR queries via the HR mailbox, telephone and face to face
- Provide first line advice to employees across the business
- Support with onboarding ensuring a seamless process for new joiners of the business
- Coordinate the offboarding process for leavers
- Organising inductions for new starts
- Coordinate payroll changes
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Atleast 1 years experience in a HR / Onboarding / Shared Service administrator position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience using HR Systems
- CIPD Qualification (preferred)
