Job description
We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator for our leading helicopter manufacturer, based in Yeovil. This is a temporary contract which at the present time is for 12 months + and is likely to be extended. This role is a hybrid working role and once trained you are likely to be onsite at the company 1 or 2 days per week.
Within the HR Administration team you will get involved in the processing of data for payroll purposes, starter packs, leaver documentation, time and attendance activities (monthly approvals and absence quotas/requests) and you'll also be responsible for producing reports off of the internal system.
To do this we are looking for someone with a very high level of discretion, is able to adhere to the GDPR regulations and is also highly accurate too. There is liaison with internal customers both face to face, over the phone and email so you will need to be a confident communicator and able to meet tight deadlines.
Although previous experience within an HR Administration role would be advantageous, we would also like to hear from you if you have experience of dealing with payroll administration or other administration roles too.
Hours: 37 per week
Pay:£14.55 per hour
