Elevation Recruitment, Business Support division are working with a large and growing organisation based in Doncaster. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator.
As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Administer offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews and handling documentation related to employee departures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both in physical files and electronic databases.
- Generate employment-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and act as a liaison with external benefit providers.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to HR management when necessary.
Requirements for the role:
- Desired CIPD Level 3 or equivalent understanding
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
