Reed HR are proud to be supporting a Swansea based charity in their search for a HR Administrator. In this role you will support the delivery of an excellent, customer-focused HR service and provide administrative support across a range of people-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.

What you'll be doing:
- Reporting to the People Partner and providing administrative support to the People Team.
- Maintaining and updating HR systems.
- Developing and preparing analytical reports as required.
- Responding competently to queries and requests for information and advice.
- Assisting with the administration of the full employee engagement cycle.
- Organising recruitment logistics.
- Producing HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Managing reference checks, DBS processes, and ‘Right to Work in the UK’ verifications.
What you'll need:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with sound judgement.
- HR administrative experience is advantageous.
- Certificate in People Practice (CIPD level 3) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
