Signature Bristol are delighted to be partnering with a global Professional Services company in central Bristol as they recruit for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

You'll be an integral part of a collaborative HR team supporting over 200 colleagues across five offices in the UK and internationally. Salary & benefits:
· Basic salary of up to £29,000 + bonus.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in annual graduate recruitment campaigns and other recruitment processes, including interview coordination, issuing behavioural analysis tests, and managing the Careers inbox.
· Coordinate the companies internal training for trainee attorneys, including session management and resource uploads.
· Support in coordinating internal wellbeing programs, organizing office events, competitions, and team activities.
· Manage induction paperwork, schedules, and liaise with relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues.
· Ensure seamless offboarding processes for departing colleagues.
· Assist with employee queries and manage the HR inbox.
· Support with ad hoc HR projects.
· Track and report on employee absence.
Requirements:
· Demonstrable HR Administrative experience.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize workload.
· Aptitude for learning.
· Able to work on own initiative withing a supportive and friendly environment.
· Resilient, curious about processes, and committed to excellence.
