Our Client in Central Bristol is looking to appoint HR Administrator to help out with administration processes behind recruiting.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting team with administration of the recruitment process, as well as HR administration for the HR service on a day-to-day basis.
- Data entry, as well as, uploading documents onto the on-line recruitment system, recruitment administration (including writing letters and chasing references) creation of interview packs and dealing with simple recruitment queries.
- To be the liaison point between the staff, company and payroll.
- To ensure employee contracts and associated documents are generated to time and quality, and ensuring these are issued to staff, and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Skills needed:
- Experience of delivering high-quality customer service (internal and external to the organisation)
- Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic and complex organisation
- Good standard of general education

Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Hybrid working – office 1/2 days a week Bristol based
Rate of pay: £15.17 to 16.26 per hour
Type: temporary, approx. 4 months
Location: Central Bristol
