Hr Administrator

Opportunity for an HR Administrator / Office Coordinator to join an international sustainable recycling organisation in Kent.
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30 - Office based (not hybrid).

The HR Administrator / Office Coordinator will be:

• Responsible for the administration, organisation, and smooth running of the office, whilst providing an efficient and effective environment.
• Create a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
• Deliver a quality administrative support service.
• Have responsibility for site wide communications and announcements using all media forms (TVs, Email, Noticeboards)
• Become an active member of the HR team, supporting the HR Manager with a number of HR related responsibilities.

HR Administrator / Office Coordinator person requirements:

• Previous experience in HR/Office Administrator role

Desirable

• Experience with Publisher
• Understanding of HR values either through general experience or whilst working towards CIPD Level 3
• Advanced in Excel
