This pivotal role, based alongside their Client Support Team in Tunbridge Wells, presents an exhilarating entry-level opportunity for the right candidate, offering assured career advancement and considerable future prospects.
You'll embark on a journey of continuous growth through comprehensive on-the-job training, integral to their 2-3 year professional development program. Upon successful completion, you'll have the liberty to choose from a spectrum of roles within the organisation, boasting salaries ranging from £40,000 to £60,000!
As a member of the Tunbridge Wells office, you'll play a vital role in assisting existing clients and cultivating new relationships by:

• Providing exceptional customer support and addressing client inquiries proficiently.
• Crafting compelling business proposals
• Managing scheme renewals and producing strategy reports for clients.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and implementing tailored plans for existing ones.
• Acquiring the necessary skills to thrive as a successful consultant within the organisation.

About You:

• Enthusiastic, driven, and dedicated
• Exceptional communication skills
• Capable of independent work as well as thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational prowess.

Qualifications and Experience:

• While a degree is advantageous, strong A-level qualifications are also considered.
• Prior experience and qualifications in Employment Law, Human Resources, or Health and Safety sectors are beneficial but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

In return for your dedication, they offer:

• Competitive basic salary: £24,000 to £30,000, dependent upon qualifications/experience.
• Annual team bonus.
• Generous holiday package totalling 33 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays, plus an additional 3 days at Christmas.
