My clients are seeking an experienced HR Administrator, who will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including employee record management, payroll assistance, recruitment support, and HR data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in payroll
- Handle employee inquiries and requests
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and policy updates.
This is a hybrid working position, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home!
Fantastic starting salary of £28,000 - £31,000 DOE
