Responsibilities to include the following: -
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Support employee relations by assisting with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records for various HR processes
Assist with HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
