We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Human Resources Administrator. The post holder will be responsible for the administration requirements through the employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and training. They will also be required to provide general guidance and support in the absence for our HR and People Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process employee changes for payroll purposes
- Internal communications, including supporting the roll out of the intranet to all employees, keeping information relevant and up to date
- Support the Facilities and Assets Manager with general Health and Safety administration
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide general HR support and guidance to line managers
Skills:
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law, and HR practices and policies
- Experience in providing HR administrative support
- Familiarity with BreatheHR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
