HR Administrator

We are looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company process, as well as focusing on recruitment and onboarding of incredible team members to join our award-winning team.
What we need from you:
- You are a team player who recognises the successes of others.
- You have brilliant time management and organisational skills.
- You have excellent administration skills and can adapt to work in high pressured situations.
- You are computer literate and confident using various software and technologies.
- You will take ownership of the day to day recruitment administration for the business, utilising our ATS to ensure recruiters and managers are aware of new applicants.
- You will book in all interviews, gain feedback from managers and deliver ths back to the candidates and recruiters.
- You will hold regular meetings with our PSL to ensure success.
- You will be passionate about delivering the best onboarding process for new starters.
- You will ensure the accuracy of all HR and people team documentation, to uphold a professional and high-quality level of communication across the business from the People team at Rygor.
- You will ensure GDPR is upheld at all times.
- You will assist the team with hands-on tasks, such as behind the scenes preparation for company events.
- You will take ownership of certain administrative tasks, and report back to the team regularly.
