Position Overview: Are you passionate about supporting employees and enhancing workplace well-being? We are looking for a dedicated HR administrator to join our team.
From personal development to policy management, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment. The role is part-time (24 hours a week) and can be accommodated across any weekdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Development Support: Assist employees in creating and implementing personal development plans to foster their growth and professional advancement.
- Policy Management: Maintain our staff handbook, HR policies, and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and review policies.
- HRIS Management: Oversee HRIS management and employee record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide HR administrative assistance, such as maintaining records, handling confidential queries, and scheduling appraisals.
- Well-being Communication: Establish a clear line of communication for well-being concerns, offering employees a supportive outlet for addressing their needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HR experience with a track record of supporting staff.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policy drafting, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Experience with DSE assessments is desirable but not essential.
- MHFA qualification is desirable, with training provided if necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
