We are seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to join our HR Team. The ideal candidate will support various HR tasks including training, recruitment, and other administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a can-do attitude. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be provided with full training on all necessary systems.
Day to Day of the Role:- Manage recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, booking interviews, and liaising with managers.
- Send welcome emails to new starters and host New Starter Sessions during Induction Week.
- Organise and oversee new starter training plans and external training sessions.
- Maintain organisational charts and order business cards.
- Manage yearly Display Screen Equipment assessments and fleet management for company cars.
- Act as the main point of contact for the apprenticeship programme.
- Maintain HR and Training Calendars, log training certifications, and support with training course bookings.
- Oversee work experience and school engagement initiatives.
- Conduct training reviews with the Head of HR and manage employee anniversaries.
- Complete starter and leaver checklists for all locations and organise corporate events such as headshot photography sessions.
- Perform right to work checks and provide HR information to new starters and managers.
- Self-motivated with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Proven track record in a similar HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
