Juice is thrilled to be supporting a growing business, in their search for a HR Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a successful business with a reputation for being the best at what they do. You will be working alongside the HR team to support with the training, recruitment, and additional HR duties when required.
For this position, we would love to see someone who is a professional communicator, brings a positive and proactive approach, and can oversee multiple projects to a high standard.
DAY TO DAY:
• Supporting the full recruitment process including sourcing and qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, liaising with line managers, etc.
• Assisting with the implementation of policies that align with the brand s ethos.
• Completing DBS and reference checks ensuring any problems are communicated.
• Tracking & reporting absences.
• Hosting starter inductions, completing training reviews, and overseeing exit interviews.
• Coordinating training dates for all members of staff.
• Managing anniversaries and ensuring vouchers/gifts/certificates are provided.
• Organising benefits with local suppliers.
• Supporting with general HR admin duties when required.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Previous office-based experience, ideally in an admin-based role.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Team-orientated with the ability to take own initiative.
• Proficient user of MS Word including Excel.
• Motivated and driven nature.
