We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to join a friendly and leading architecture firm based in South West London.
This role is anticipated to last approximately 8-12 weeks, providing crucial administrative support to the HR team during a busy period.
This office-based position requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in general administration or HR administration. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the reward inbox
- Addressing queries related to benefits
- Data inputting
- Tracking emails
- Printing materials
- Providing general administrative support where needed
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in transferable admin or HR admin role
- Bright and confident
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pick things up quickly and use initiative
