About Our Client

This organisation is a well-established manufacturing company that prides itself on producing high-quality products and services. They are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team. This role would be ideal for somebody who is looking to take their first step into their HR career.

Job Description

  • Maintenance of employee records
  • Assisting with the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Supporting the HR manager with HR projects
  • Updating databases with personnel information
  • Coordinating HR meetings and taking minutes
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the performance review process
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A good understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work autonomously
  • An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
