Position: Recruitment & HR Advisor

Type of role: Temp Contract - now till mid-June 2024

Location: Leicester

I am on the hunt for an experienced HR Advisor on behalf of my client based in Leicester.

About the role:

An Interim role from now till mid-June 2024, my client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process, as well as getting involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including advising on low level employee relation matters.

The ideal candidate:

• We are looking for someone with proven recruitment and generalist HR experience. 
• Ideally, you will be CIPD level 3 qualified or above (or working towards), with the skills and ability to deal with low level employee relation matters, taking ownership of cases and see them through to a successful conclusion.
• You’ll need to be creative, organised and able to prioritise, with an inquisitive mind and a sharp eye for detail.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• You must have strong IT skills including MS Office, Excel and Power Point, as well as good social media skills.
• Ready to bring fresh ideas to the table, you will also have the experience and knowledge to be able to deliver them.
• Experience of using a HR & Payroll system is required – knowledge of People XD software would be a real bonus.
• It’s fast-paced, there’s plenty to do and you’ll always be busy, but you’ll be surrounded by friendly, like-minded colleagues.

Hours of Work:
Working 39 hours per week over 5 days a week, this role will be Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:30pm).
