Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with department managers on a wide range of HR related matters.
- Provide advice and guidance on recruitment and interviewing.
- Provide an effective and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Support the HR Business Partner with ER Cases.
- Provide support on HR issues at management and employee level.
- Ensure HR documentation is in line with current legislation.
- Be an active advocate for the company values and standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within HR.
- (Preferred) CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
- MS Word, excel and outlook experience.
- Be able to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- People focussed outlook.
